He has been installing, configuring, and managing TMG and its predecessors ISA Server and Proxy Server for more than 15 years. He has also built a great resource of information that Forefront TMG administrators use every day on his own TMG Blog site and on ISAServer.org.

Hi Richard...do you have any idea of how any third party anonymous proxy eg TOR can be blocked on the Forefront TMG?

Hi Richard,
It is challenging, but there are a number of ways to control access to anonymous Internet proxies. The best and most effective way is to enable HTTPS inspection. That has other side effects, however, so proceed with caution. Outside of that, make sure you are using an effective URL and content filtering solution is the best defense.
