Simple and affordable pricing for organizations of all sizes

Fastvue Reporter is sold as an annual subscription.

Pricing is based on your organization size (number of employees, or number of students and staff), as well as the number of years purchased upfront.

Purchasing more years upfront saves you money, and protects you from future price increases.

You will receive quotes for one, three and five years, however other terms can also be accomodated upon discussion with your account manager.

If we ask you for 'number of users', we really mean 'number of people' in your organization protected by the firewall(s) being monitored.

For example, if you have 1000 people in your organization that are protected by your firewall(s), and each user has a laptop, phone and tablet, this still equates to 1000 users.

If you have 1000 people that share 500 computers, then this also equates to 1000 users.

Fastvue Reporter displays the number of users and devices counted each day in Settings | Licensing | User Statistics, and Fastvue is notified if this user count (or the device count divided by 4), exceeds your licensed number of users.

When requesting a quote, you have the option of choosing to receive the quote from Fastvue, or from a preferred partner.

Fastvue loves to work with your preferred partner that is already set up in your system as a supplier. Fastvue's partners have the ability to discount the software using their own partner margin. Otherwise, Fastvue can provide a quote directly at the full recommended retail price.

Purchasing directly through fastvue If you chose to receive a quote from Fastvue, you will soon receive the quote via email that you can view and accept online. If you accept the quote, you will receive an invoice with all the payment details.

Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Your license key(s) to activate your full subscription are sent once full payment is made, on receipt of a purchase order, or as arranged with your local account manager.

You can then enter the keys into Settings | Licensing to activate your new subscription.

Purchasing through a Partner If you chose to receive a quote from your preferred partner, Fastvue will work with your partner and ensure they get the best pricing out to you.

Fastvue sends pricing to your partner on the same business day, however, we do not have control over how quickly the partner gets the pricing/quote to you. Please follow this up with your partner, and/or let us know if there are any delays.

Once your partner confirms your purchase with us, Fastvue will send your license key(s) to your partner to forward onto you. You can then enter the keys into Settings | Licensing to activate your new subscription.

We have special pricing for education, and discounts are available for non-profits / not-for-profit organizations.
